Opelbad outdoor pool: Master swimming course

From 1 to 3 August between 7 and 9 a.m., Olympic medal winner Dr. Jutta Weber-Meeuw and three-time European champion Folkert Meeuw will be giving important tips and tricks for relaxed swimming.

The two qualified sports instructors and trainers will provide expert instruction on the following topics:

breathing correctly
relieving pressure on the spine
improving mobility
swimming more economically
moving forward effortlessly

Participation is free of charge apart from entry to the pool.

Thermalbad Aukammtal: Closing time

From the 01.09. - 22.09.2025, the thermal baths will be completely closed for renovation work. The entire sauna area will close on Saturday, August 30, 2025, due to the construction site setup.

From 23.09.2025, the indoor saunas in the basement will be partially renovated.

In order to keep the Aukammtal thermal baths attractive, our annual basic cleaning and necessary repair and maintenance work is carried out during the above-mentioned inspection period. Following this, the basement of the sauna area will be partially renovated. You can look forward to new attractions and a visual upgrade in a contemporary ambience. There will be a reduced sauna admission price for the duration of the renovation work.
