Everyone can work at their own pace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-5\">This course is ideal for beginners and non-swimmers (no equipment, large pool and shallow water).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"chapter141010100000111973-1015-sp_main_iterate-5-0\">Aqua Circuit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Circuit training in the water: After completing a warm-up, you\u2019ll take on a varied and holistic circuit designed to strengthen and shape various muscle groups. The class is rounded off with a nice relaxation phase. It\u2019s simple but intense!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-5\">Various pieces of aqua fitness equipment are used.
